ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (such as sales or new product launches), processing times may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your order out as quickly as possible.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing

Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days after processing

International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or weather events.
FREE SHIPPING
We may offer free U.S. shipping promotions from time to time. Any current free shipping offers will be displayed on our website banners or checkout page.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.
If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at social@guapitoshair.com.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
We currently ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States. Delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard shipping times.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to most countries.
Please note: international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are determined by your country’s customs office. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Guapito’s Hair Pomade is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors first. If it cannot be located, contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. You can also reach out to us at social@guapitoshair.com and we will do our best to assist.
ORDER CHANGES & ADDRESS ERRORS
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you notice an address error immediately after checkout, email us as soon as possible at social@guapitoshair.com with your order number and correct address — we’ll do our best to assist before your order ships.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at social@guapitoshair.com with photos of the packaging and product(s). We’ll work quickly to make it right.
PRE-ORDERS OR LIMITED RELEASE ITEMS
Any products listed as “pre-order” or “limited release” will include estimated ship dates in the product description. Please note that these are estimates and may change based on availability or manufacturing timelines.
